Shipping policy

Processing time, the time from when you place your order until we ship it, depends on whether you ordered a "design your own" candle or a ready-made candle. A "design your own" candle is unique and made to order, which means it can take up to 4 business days to complete. A ready-made candle is kept in stock and can be shipped either the same day or the next business day.

We offer the following delivery methods:

- Domestic (Sweden): Always free shipping (regardless of the order’s size or weight) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 7 days to the nearest service point.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform you by email. As a customer, you always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delivery delay. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.
- International: Varying shipping costs depending on the country. The exact price will be shown at checkout. Delivery within 14 days to the nearest service point.
