PAYMENT AND PRICES
All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including any shipping and payment fees.

To shop at Caramia Candles you must be 18 years of age or older.

VAT is not included in the prices. s

- Klarna Checkout makes it easy, flexible and secure for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you easily identify yourself and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. One of the nice things about Klarna Checkout is that we distinguish between purchase and payment. First you confirm your purchase and then you choose how you want to pay. Either with a Klarna invoice or Klarna account – or with a card or bank transfer. Everything is equally secure.
Terms of payment are also stated in the checkout under each payment option.


DELIVERIES
The processing time, the time from when you place your order until we ship it, depends on whether you ordered a "design yourself" candle or a ready-made candle. A "design yourself" candle is unique and is created after order and can take up to 4 business days to be ready. A ready-made candle is in stock and we can ship it either the same or the next business day.

We offer the following delivery methods:

PostNord
- Domestic (Sweden): Always free shipping! (regardless of the order volume or weight) for deliveries within Sweden. Delivery within 7 days to the nearest delivery point.
If there is a delay in delivery, we will notify you by email. You as a customer always have the right to cancel your purchase in the event of a delay in delivery. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.
- International: Different shipping costs depending on country. Exact price shown at checkout. Delivery within 14 days to the nearest delivery point.


RETURNS
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or we have packed it incorrectly. As all our candles are handmade we do not accept small imperfections such as bubbles, colour differences or candle frosting (see Candle frosting).
Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery.
For return address, email info@caramicandles.se . When making a complaint, please include the order number, description of the damage/fault and at least one clear picture of the box/item.

14-day open purchase
We follow the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

Complaints - Transport damage
Visible shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for compensation. Hidden shipping damage (damage to the product that is not directly visible on the box) must be reported within 7 days to be eligible for compensation.

Complaints - Packaging errors and defects
Packing errors and defects must be reported within 7 days to be entitled to compensation.

Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item.

When you place your order with us, you need to provide certain personal information. In connection with your order, you agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act (PUL), you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted.
