Refund policy
Returns are at your own expense, except in cases where the item is defective or we have made a packing error. Since all our candles are handmade, we do not accept minor imperfections such as bubbles, color variations, or candle frosting (see Candle Frosting).
Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not by cash on delivery.

For complaints, include your order number, a description of the damage/defect, and at least one clear photo of the box/item.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
We comply with the Distance Selling Act, which means you have the right to return ordered items without stating a reason.
To withdraw your purchase, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition, and in its original box.
Complaints – Shipping Damage
Visible shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for compensation.
Hidden shipping damage (damage to the product not visible on the box) must be reported within 7 days to be eligible for compensation.

Packing errors and defects must be reported within 7 days to be eligible for compensation.
Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you paid for the item as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the item.
